Welcome to our new look website and the introduction of the new online booking service called, Jane App.
Jane App is simple to use and allows a fast and efficient booking service and you will be able to see exactly when an appointment slot is available and book it with just a few of clicks. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and a reminder of when your appointment is due. If you ever need to cancel or reschedule an appointment this can be done in a few clicks too.
Jane App allows you to take control, to easily book an appointment to suit your availability, without having to call, message and wait for replies. If you want to be informed when appointments become free Jane App allows you to select to be place on a wait list for an earlier or different appointment slot.

When you do make an appointment using the new Jane App, and as this will be your first appointment using Jane, you will need to complete a brief medical intake form. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Our patients matter to us, and your wellbeing is at the heart of all we do. To try an achieve the fairest system and give every one of our patients the opportunity of securing an appointment, we ask that a £25 deposit is made with your booking. The balance due will be paid when you come for your treatment.
Should you need to cancel then the deposit is refundable provided 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is given.
